Your Role: Making an Impact in Digital HR Transformation
As a Senior HR Transformation Specialist, you will:

Manage program activities and deliver impactful digital experiences aligned with business strategy.

Lead and ensure the timely execution of ERP transformation initiatives.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to overcome HR technology challenges and deliver high customer satisfaction.

Support cross-functional teams in understanding technology-driven solutions.

Guide the organization toward a digital-first, touchless HR service environment.
Key Responsibilities
-
Partner with the Transformation Team and stakeholders to conduct in-depth reviews of current operating models, systems, processes, and policies.

Lead the development of process maps that align with functional requirements and desired outcomes.

Conduct fit-gap analyses, identifying key improvement areas and proposing system enhancements for automation and standardization.
-
Document proposed changes, key decisions, and work closely with teams to monitor progress and deliverables.

Provide comprehensive status reporting, risk identification, and milestone tracking.

Ensure alignment of processes with the organizational operating model and system capabilities.
-
Govern the design and rollout of modules in accordance with centralized policies and standards defined by Centers of Excellence (COEs).

Standardize formats, reports, and presentations to support governance and streamline communication within the transformation team.

Keep stakeholders informed through narratives, status updates, and alerts on potential timeline delays.
-
Manage stakeholder expectations regarding system design and functionality, advocating for standard solutions and minimizing customizations.

Lead HR data transformation initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, protection, and future-readiness for AI and analytics.

Oversee end-to-end system testing to ensure quality and improve user experience.
-
Lead Go-Live activities for HCM modules and act as the subject matter expert for ERP solutions.

Collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams to resolve technical issues and optimize performance.

Support other department duties as directed by the Head of Department.
What You Bring to the Table

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, particularly in leading cross-functional process improvement and ERP implementation projects (Oracle/SAP preferred).
